Immersive Precision announce merger with established Stokesley based Lighting, Rigging and Video Equipment rental company R&M Productions.

As part of the deal the two companies will pool resources to combine a wealth of experience and extensive hire inventory to be able to offer a Full Production service from their bases in Stokesley and Leeds. Both companies will continue to operate as normal under their respective brands with directors Robbie Baxter and Peter Shorten and their combined teams leading both companies, R&M will take over all equipment rental operations with Immersive focusing on Production Management.

The combined lighting equipment stock now includes over 200 Robe and Clay Paky moving lights, 600 generic fixtures, 1km of Truss, 480 panels of Video Wall and 100 Motors as well as an extensive inventory of Consoles, Media Servers, Staging, Audio and Special Effects Equipment.

R&M run their equipment rental operations from their base in Stokesley and have a great reputation in the touring and outdoor events market as well as venue service and install contracts with a number of large music venues.
